Message frequency varies based on your appointments, inquiries, and legal matter. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. To continue communicating with our office, contact us by telephone or email.
Help and Contact Information
Reply HELP for assistance, email info@rivlawfirm.com, or call (410) 967-9913.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not share mobile information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Confidentiality and Urgent Matters
Text messaging may carry privacy and security risks. Please use the secure client portal or another method arranged with our office to send sensitive documents or information. Text messages are reviewed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Do not rely on text messaging for emergencies or urgent filing deadlines.
Attorney-Client Relationship
Consenting to text messages or contacting the firm does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship.
